Hi, I’m Yush—founder, mom, guide, and changemaker.

I created NeuroSpark+ from my lived experience—raising a twice-exceptional child, uncovering my own neurodivergence, and navigating systems that weren’t built for difference. With a background in corporate leadership and a deep commitment to inclusion, I work at the intersection of culture, identity, and what it means to truly lead with understanding.

This work is personal. I started NeuroSpark+ to support women raising neurodivergent children—and to partner with organizations ready to do more than check boxes.

I’ve spent over 20 years leading in systems that weren’t designed for people like me—or for the children we’re raising.

I know what it feels like to carry invisible loads. To juggle leadership and advocacy. To translate between who you are and what the world expects you to be. I’ve lived it—and I’ve seen how many others are still quietly navigating the same terrain.

Those experiences didn’t just shape me—they clarified my purpose. What began as a search for support became a mission to reimagine how we show up for neurodivergent children, for the parents who raise them, and for the cultures they live and work in.

Everything I’ve built through NeuroSpark+ comes from that lived experience—and a deep desire to make things better for those carrying the most with the least support:

Working moms raising neurodivergent children.

Women navigating complex caregiving realities.

Neurodivergent professionals whose strengths are too often overlooked.

This isn’t about fitting in.

It’s about building something better.

My Neurodivergent Journey

  • Discovering my son’s neurodivergence

Four years ago, we learned my son was neurodivergent. In those early, uncertain days, I wasn’t searching for a label—I was searching for understanding. I wanted to know how his brain worked so I could support him in the way he truly needed.

As a mom in a multicultural family, I was balancing school systems, cultural expectations, and career pressure—all while trying to advocate from a place of love, not confusion.

  • Seeking the right support

That search led me to Positive Intelligence®—a turning point. It didn’t just give me tools; it reframed how I viewed challenges, how I responded to them, and most importantly, how I saw my son, and myself.

  • From struggle to strength

I began to see him through a new lens—not defined by struggle, but by strength. I realized my role wasn’t to fix him, but to help him reach his full potential.

That shift changed everything—as a parent, a leader, a human. It didn’t just shape how I supported him—it reshaped how I supported myself and others.

  • Discovering my own neurodivergence

Then came another discovery—my own neurodivergence. It reframed

my past and helped me understand years of masking, adapting, and high performance under pressure. I realized my son and I weren’t alone—we were both navigating systems never built for minds like ours.

  • Recognizing the systemic gap

I saw it clearly: families like mine were looking for support that actually fit their unique needs. And organizations wanted to do better—but lacked the tools and lived insight to act with depth.

  • 20 years in human-centered leadership

Before launching NeuroSpark+, I spent two decades designing human-centered experiences inside global organizations—including UBS, JPMorgan, the Foundation for California Community Colleges, and Gartner. My work focused on what truly connects people: strategy, culture, and inclusion.

Along the way, I earned my CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation and trained in Positive Intelligence® Coaching—an approach that continues to shape how I support families and organizations with care, clarity, and evidence-based insight.

Today, I serve on three advisory boards that reflect my core values: my son’s preschool, my town’s YMCA, and Storycraft Lab—where we explore how story can build belonging.

These aren’t just credentials. They’re the building blocks that allow me to bridge lived experience and strategy—with heart, humility, and intention.

  • NeuroSpark+ is born

I saw an opportunity to do things differently—not just for neurodivergent individuals, but for the women who carry the weight of helping them thrive.

    Mothers like me.

Too often, working moms raising neurodivergent children are left to navigate broken systems alone—managing advocacy, care, emotional labor, and careers with little support. I created NeuroSpark+ to center their experience and make it visible.

NEUROSPARK+ STORY

NEUROSPARK+ STORY •

NeuroSpark+ was born from my journey. It’s the result of everything I’ve experienced.

I realized families don’t just need answers—they need a path that honors both their child’s wiring and their own. And organizations don’t just need awareness—they need strategies that turn inclusion into innovation.

So I built what I couldn’t find:

A space where lived experience meets strategy.

For women supporting neurodivergent children with clarity and confidence.

For organizations ready to reimagine what inclusion can look like.

A new way forward—rooted in empathy, built for impact.

This is how real, lasting change begins:

At NeuroSpark+, we start with lived experience—and strengthen it with research grounded in neuroscience, behavioral science, and human-centered design.

This blend helps us support women and organizations with insight that’s both personal and practical—grounded in empathy, guided by evidence, and built for real-life impact.

A Strengths-Based, Human-Centered Approach

Every neurodivergent mind holds strengths that deserve to be recognized, supported, and celebrated. From coaching to consulting, we start with people, not problems—and design solutions around what’s possible, not what’s missing.

Inclusion isn’t about making people fit. It’s about creating space where they already do.

Why This
Work Matters

When we design for neurodivergent minds, we build a better future—for all of us.

For Working Moms

This work goes beyond support. When neurodivergent individuals are truly able to thrive, we don’t just change lives—we reshape the world around them.

We create spaces where every mind belongs isn’t just inclusion. It’s the future—and it’s already underway.

For Organizations
